i'm 41 weeks and for the last couple days i have been getting alot of pressure down there and it feels like something is puking me... and my stomach gets really really hard....but no pain could this be labour and i dont even know???

Well i have 3 kids, all of them were early. Labor is different for every women, every pregnancy. My advice to you is call your doctor, if your doctor is not in, go to the emergency room, just to be safe...you don't want to have your baby at home.. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I think you are far enough a long that maybe you should have them look at you a little closer they won't let you go longer then 42 weeks they may have to give you medicine to start contraction some women don't get pains you maybe dilating and not even know it. I wish you luck

Are you having any sharp pains? Or even not sharp pains, but pain that feels like a cramp? That could be contractions, I had contractions for days before my son and I didn't even know it!!!!
My daughter was 9 days late, I went into labor the morning they were going to induce me... my sister told me to use my breast pump, that can help induce labor! And it seems like it worked!!

With no pain, it sounds like braxton hicks. If the stomach hardening is happening on and off at intervals, however, time them. If they get to be 5 minutes apart for an hour, go to the hospital or birthing center to get checked just in case. Usually, but not always, if it is labor, your contrations will be at least mildly painful and typically they get to be at least like bad menstrual cramps before you need to go to the hospital or birthing center.

It's probably not real but it could be. Some women don't feel pain during contractions at all although this is quite uncommon. Call your doctor or midwife and ask them what they think.

It could be labor and you dont have the pain. If it doesnt hurt i would probably be safe to say it is fake labor.

if u r bleeding, leaking or ur stomach feels hard u probably are in labor. not everyone feels pain i guess.

wow i'm suprised your doctor is even letting you go that long. my doctor said he wouldn't let me go 3 or 4 days past my due date.
