I have a Dell Dimension 8400 with a Pentium 4 530 3.0Ghz chip in it! The socket is LGA775! The Pentium D range fit this socket, but is it compatible with my motherboard! My chipset is Intel 925X Express Chipset! If it doesn't accept this chip, what is the fastest it'll accept! Thanks in advance for any help!

No you can't, the 925X chipset will absolutely not support a Pentium D, because it will not accept more than one processor core. This is not an if or a maybe, this is an absolute. The 3.8Ghz Pentium 4 is the highest it will accept.
