In the state of Missouri it is not unlawful for a woman to go topless IF she is in or on water...The states determine these sort of frivilous matters...

Why in the world would the constitution have a thing to do with your choice to wear clothing or not...Where do you suggest they fit it in; before or after stem cell research, the war, right to chose...you decide...

Apparently, yes. In my youth I was good looking, but now people would probably pay me to keep my clothes on. Especially when they are eating.
