I would just call him/her Mr/Mrs/Miss C. , they understand.
My Dr.'s name is Andrzej F. Krolikiewicz and I call him Dr. K, but his business card they put Andrew. Just ask them if they mined calling him just the first letter of his last name, let them know you don't know how pronounce the name.
