what is a good idea for a halloween costume for a 13 yr old? I still haven't figured out out what to wear, and it is 4 days away (even though I'll probably go shopping tomorrow). I want something that isn't too sketchy (ahem, dress code), but also is original, and isn't mass-produced (like cheap goth fairy crap that everyone is selling nowadays). Any help, even stupid ideas, will be appreciated. Thanks.

You can always go to a thrift store and buy an entire outfit for a certain period and use that, such as the 70's, 80's or even earlier. And you probably won't have to spend alot. You may even be able to raid an older family member's closet and find something. Look on the internet for sites that show what the style was for that particular period that you are interested in and find or make similar styles. I did that when I was in my late teens and it was a big hit. Everyone thought I spent a fortune on my costume. Good Luck!

if u wnt 2 b something original than go with somethin you have never seen b4 put different pces of different costumes 2gether 2 make 1 really kool 1 such as a drama queen / gorilla, or a pirate/clown/mermaid!

wear a box carton and write "Kissing Booth" on top. Haha.
You can be an Olsen twin, all you have to do is pout your lips. Or Pocahontas. Or whatever Kiera Knightley was on Pirates.. Or Barbie. Or Dora the Explorer!
Or ask a friend to switch clothes with you so you can be one another!

@ my friend's school, they're having a "where's Waldo" day. If you had dark blue jeans, a red and white striped sweater, a red beany cap w/ the little pom-pom, and some big, 90s-ish glasses, that would be so cool!!! That's what I'm doing for Halloween, and I'm about your age!

put on some cuffed jeans, boots, a bandana, buy a sword or eye patch, wear a Pirates of the Caribbean shirt and there is your costume

Now, thats a hard one , im turning 12 in december but to me halloween isnt bout trick or treating its about scaring little kids till they **** themselves :D lol

or a cowgirl...boots, jeans, cowboy hat and a stick horse...
