I have black pants, a white shirt, a sword, black makeup, and maybe some other household items. What do I need to make myself look like the actual character?

I don't have any time or much money to spend!!! The only place I can go to get anything would be Walgreens or St. Vinnie's, and even those places it would be my own money!

Wear a shirt with a ruffled collar and sleeves, a vest, boots and an eye patch. Then wrap a red scarf around your head, strap on a toy sword and wear all the gold jewelry you can find in the house. Also to get the beaded strands, go to like Walmart and buy some wooden beads and thread them on a strand of string, and tie it on a hair clip and attached it to your hair. (Its won't show since you will had the red scarf on your head. Make sure you get like gel to make it look like you have dreads. Finally, take some Halloween make-up and draw a few lines on your face to make a scruffy beard. Please send me a pic of your final costume?!??!?!?
Happy Halloween and Good Luck!!
