Well if you really must fix the mascara- (I have had to before lol..)until you can buy another one-please do as soon as you can for health of your eyes. Put a little bit of lotion and mix it in. It will work until you get a new one ;)

I would buy a new one, mascara does "expire" after a few months so it's good to buy a new tube long before it dries out.

No, it really isn't safe to try to fix dried-out mascara. You are probably better off buying a new one.

The suggest tossing mascara every 6 months due to possible problems with infections/etc.

Toss it & get a new one ...

No I don't think so, but you need to replace your mascara every few months, it can go bad and cause eye infections. Water proof mascara can cause lash breakage. Oh ya there is one way : replace it. OK, and don't put it on it will cause eye infections.

i wouldnt use it hun its dried out for a reason. mascara has millions of germs in it and to make it not dry out as fast when you put the brush in dont pull it up and down just put it in the liquid and pull it back out.
