Well thats exactly the mentality of the modern west! and you cant blame the commoners either... they see what the media shows them and tells them.. its brain washing againsta islam
islam is a religion of peace, tolerance and harmony and its about time the world acknowledges this..
the christian crusades? why would they accept those? recognize them publicly talk about them and get the award for the More-Cruel-Than-Muslims award? and get in the mess of calling muslims terrorists for no reason? Never.. they aint dumb
its not like i am acting biased but everyone should actually admit facts and not just harp on the same issue about islam and terrorism... why dont they relate things with those merciless crusades?! Islam would never allow Jihad the way crusades were fought in... wild, cruel and totally barabric...

It is sacred to all three- christians, muslims and jews... just remove all barriers.. all jews from there... let it be a place where anyone and everyone could come and offer their prayers and find spiritual relief...
PS: Muslims DID rule spain for a REAL LONG time (i cant recall but it was i guess some 800 years or so..)

Okay, point one: The crusades happened AGES ago and it was the old catholic church that did that; Muslim factions, Saladin's army for example, were fighting and killing to to gain the Holy City.
Point two: Back then, alot of Muslims were peaceful back then, and alot of them still are, I have muslim friends. But now with modern Jihadists that think the America is the Great Satan and that we should all die, it's sometimes hard for people to differentiate. And another thing, it DOES say in the islamic bible that anyone who does not follow the way of "Allah" should die by the sword or something like that.

Actually the Muslims conquered the middle east, north Africa, the Balkans, and the moors conquered Spain. The moors would have gone farther if not for Charles Martel defeating them in 732 at the battle of tours. So I would say that they are/where a militant group. Although the other groups you mentioned where just as worse.
