Quote: "if you have windows than you could ether re-install your system or you could restore your system to an earlier time"

And so I ask.. how do I restore it to an earlier time? And get rid of all this blurry IE7 rubbish!

I'm not very techno, so a detailed explanation would be much appreciated :)

First go to Start,
Then go to All Programs,
Go to the Accessories section,
Then go to the System Tools bit,
Then select System Restore.
Then just follow the on-screen insturctions it's dead easy!

Go to your Add/Remove programs and remove IE7, you will then get a window telling you it will revert back to your previous IE, which should have been IE6, if you're system was up to date. I had the same problem and yes it completely uninstalls IE7.

As for System Restore, its crap use Norton Ghost or find an alternative.

First go to "Start", then to "All programs". Now look for a program
that has Internet Explorer 7. Put your curser on it, it may expand
with other options. If it does, you want Uninstall! If it's there click
on it and it will uninstall.
If above "Uninstall" option was not there, go to "Start", "Control Panel", click on "Add or Remove Programs" wait for the list, check the box "Show Updates", and look for Internet Explorer 7, click on it to highlight it and then click "Remove".
The best selection is the "Uninstall" in the "All Programs" list above. If it's there, IE 7 will uninstall without any problems.
Using "Add or Remove" I've heard may or may not remove it! If it
doesn't remove it, I recommend contacting Microsoft Tech @
800-936-5700 and they'll direct you to remove it! Probably Free!
System Restore most likely wouldn't remove it if "Add or Remove" wouldn't!
Best I can do! Good luck!

An easy solution would be to just uninstall IE7. Windows will usually revert back to IE6. Just go to the Control Panel, choose add-remove programs and then choose to uninstall IE7.

Click start, programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. Click a date before you installed IE 7 and run the restore.
