It means that the person is white/caucasion
The full list of IC's is:-
1 White skinned European
2 Dark skinned European

4 Asian/Pakistani
5 Chinese/Japanese

PS This classification is for BOTH male and females...not as some have said that IC1 means white male...it could also mean a white female!!!

Also IC stands for Identity Code but the politically correct pedants have now changed this from IC1, IC2... to EA1, EA2... etc as this is perceived as "better" . EA stands for Ethnic Appearance
and if youve got a sense of humour, that will be banned soon there is also IC7 / EA7 which is ginger!
