Talk to your parents, or another responsible adult. Her parents should take her to see a doctor right away. If you are worried about money, there are free clinics where she can get prenatal support. She needs to see a doctor right away. At 13 it is very dangerous for her and for the baby, and she's going to have to take lots of vitamins that a doctor can give her. Also, she needs to have regular check ups. Your parents might able able to help her support the baby. And you could look into a part time job. There are a lot of places that will hire 16 year olds. It won't be much, but it will be better than nothing. She is going to need you to be there for her. She will need your support emotionally, and the baby will need to know you. Be smart, and stay out of trouble, ok?

If you live in the USA, in Washington State, then yes he can get into trouble if your parents press charges. In Washington the law says that it is illegal for anyone under the age of 16 to engage in sexual activity. The oldest of the two would be the one that can be prosecuted.

The best thing to do is look at your state law. You might also want to post what state you live in for more accurate info from the readers.

Good luck with your baby and boy friend.

Yes! Legally you are both minors and can both get in a lot of trouble. It is wise to not hold of on the sexual side of the relationship and focus on each other. You don't want to have to have either the responsibility of a child or the legal battles for this kind of thing. Good Luck! And be wise.

First of all you shouldn't be having sex if you aren't mature enough to handle life's situations. Second NO he can't get in trouble with the law (because he's not 18). But, maybe Mommy and daddy will give him a spanking.

It depends on what state you're in. Some states like NC, if there is a 3 year age difference, like there is with you two, he would get in trouble. Anyways, you're 13, don't have sex that early, you're too young!
