The show is called The Big Comfy Couch and for the life of me I can't remember the name of the actress.

the show is called the big comfy couch, and loonette was played by alyson court until 2003. the show recently started production again, and loonette is now played by ramona darling. i have yet to see any of the new episodes on pbs...
