I thought of coming back home with a profession that I know well.
I just do not know the legalities and I write here to find some help and start programming.

Tell me which country you are coming back.Where you are coming you contact Ministry of that particular or related item deals.your local ministry of software help you in legalities of programming.i think there are not much legal process in programming software businesses in any country
