will is not a person...will as in when you will to do something...when you want to do something...so when someone says fire at will, it means fire when ready

Because everybody seems to know "Will", can you imagine having to fire at someone you don't know?! The confusion. Lots of innocent people would get hurt. Which must mean Will is always guilty!! Shame, poor Will. Will he ever learn??
