Desktop and Applications:
Control Panel - Accessability - Display

Internet Explorer IE6:
View - Text Size

Internet Explorer IE7:
Bottom Right corner - Magnifying Glass 100%-400%

Double Click On Properties, then go to Appearance and choose Icon. Then you can change the font!!

Go to the "View" menu, to "Text Size" and choose whatever size you want!
