Easy/Medium/Hectic(Stressed out?)

I have either Easy or Hectic/Crazy/Falling down around my ears. I never have Medium.
I am a software engineer for one of the giant software companies. I work on one product for 9 accounts. All of my accounts are either Fortune-500 companies or massive government agencies.
On the easy days, I write code or documentation, work on projects, and answer some questions for my customers.
On the crazy days, one of my customers has a problem with our software. If they call me it means our regular tech support folks can't solve the problem. So they are broken, can't work and usually pretty upset. I have to work around the clock till it's fixed and the customer is happy again.

Easy. 7:30-8:00 Drink coffee/chat . 8-11 Work (drafting) and surf web till lunch. Surf web while eating my lunch. 11:30 Then do some more drawing/surfing until it's time to go home at 3:30. Yes, I could use a challenge!

Easy. I'm a checkout person. Basically all i do is scan objects through the till although occasionally i sometimes stack the shelves as well if it's quiet. Although it's really boring and i'd rather have a different job.

Stressed out. Taking care of elderly woman. I do everything at a personal care home. But I love it.

managing all safety programs, new employee orientation, permits and licensing issues, database management, etc.
