Assuming you mean man, animals, fish, etc (the world) and not the Earth itself...,

According to the WWF resources are being used at a rate impossible for the Earth to replenish. By the year 2050 if nothing changes dramatically, we will be consuming 2 planets worth of natural resources.

Thats TWO Planets worth. At that rate - the Earth could not possibly continue to support human life that long. Somewhere between now and 2050 Mankind and most species of Earth will be extinct - OR - living in a vastly thinned out populous of humans existing in a post apocalyptic state.

Sounds like a bad SciFi Movie but a very realistic view. Look at the struggle of rogue nations to attain nuclear weapons and grown terrorist organizations who will even settle for bio-weapons of any kind (nukes too if they can get em).

Look at the growing hatred and suspicion toward the United States from even many of our so called Allies and one gets a weird feeling about the near future.

SO what I am getting at is that mankind cant continue past 2020 without change. DRASTIC change. Mankind teeters on the edge of self extinction by nuclear weapons as it is. Add some unstable rogue nation to the mix (like Iran or North Korea) - you tell me if I am wrong.

I have not bothered to bring religion into the matter. But if I may do so now, unless Jesus Christ does return and soon - mankind will have an absolute date with global genocide. Soon!

No, nobody knows when it will happen, we estimate it to be in the billions of years though. The sun exhaust it's hydrogen fuel it will expand and consume the earth, unless during this expansion the sun relaxes it gravity and the earth moves further out in its orbit

Only God knows the answer to that. However, at the rate we are going, it doesn't seem like it may be too much longer.
