This depends on their admissions policy and procedures. Some universities may be flexible enough to consider you for their part-time program without requiring another application package, while others may require you to wait until next year for you to apply again. You should definitely make an appointment to talk to their law school counselor or director of admissions. You could also attend an open house and get many of your questions answered.

It definitely depends on the school. I know at least one school where people are not admitted to the day, but are admitted to the night, and they often transfer into the day after the first year. You should call the school and ask. I went and talked to the admissions officers at my school and asked them for a scholarship. They ended up giving me one because I demonstrated interest in their program.

I think this really depends on the school. Some will, some won't. You need to check with the school.
