i'm new with adobe premiere pro, how do i convert my color video to a black and white video? how do i control the light?
i have adobe premiero pro 7.0
please explain step by step if u can, ty

To make video B&W, the easiest way would probably be to put the ProcAmp effect on it and bring the saturation all the way down to 0.
As far as lights, to get real light effects, you need After Effects, but you could use the Brightness & Contrast Effect to control overall brightness.

If you aren't familiar with the effects in Pro, the ProcAmp and Brightness are found under Adjust in the Video Effects bin. Just drag the effect onto the video clip in the timeline, and drop it on.

You will have to render these effects, as they are not real-time playable.
