Is Fox news bad for the country?

I work with a guy with a PhD in Political Science, and I asked him a similar question. While he's a life-long Democrat, he told me that the only reason the left doesn' t like Fox News is because they don't want the right to be able to present it's side. Fox is no more biased than CNN, MSNBC, CBS, etc.

Fox News is the only major news network that hasn't gone completely liberal. So, I guess if you are a liberal Fox News is bad because you don't control it yet. It is nice having a different view than CNN, (Communist News Network) or MSNBC (Muslims Should Never Be Confronted).
Quit complaining, you have 90% of the rest of the boob tube.

If by "bad for the country" you mean tells the American public the truth about world events... then yea that's a terrible thing to do to our country.

It is bad for the country and journalism. It is VERY one-sided. Fox News AKA Faux News.
