The Hubble Space Telescope is in orbit of Earth, and it can focus on objects beyond our solar system.

There is also a probe around Saturn - it is exploring its moons and the planet itself.

New Horizons is bound of Pluto. It is not there yet though.

The Pioneers haven't been heard from in a while. Voyagers 1 and 2 are still talking nine or ten billion miles out. New Horizons is headed that way and will reach Pluto in 2015.

voyager - the one with the plaque on it showing humans and universally known mathematic equations to show how to retrieve information on disk. another mission is planned to try and find out why the spacecraft was occasionally going off course when there isnt supposed to be anything out there
