Sounds like you have a virus.
Get hijackthis, it is a free spyware and virus search tool that will help you clean out your computer. Download from:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.h...
let it run scan, delete the problems it finds and you will be set. hope this helps, spyware is the worst, annoying, and it slows down your computer I bet at least 10-15 of those processes are hidden spyware processes and will be eliminated by it. Don't use spybot like the other person says, it actually carries embedded spyware that leads you to purchase sites for their affiliates software.
Step 2:
Go: start/ control panel / performance and maintenance / administrative tools / double click on services.
In their it will show you a list of processes on your computer. Double click on any you don't want to run automatically and either disable them or change them to manual. About 25 - 30 processes is normal for a computer. Good luck

I've never had that prob. but it could be a # of things. I suggest u go to http://www.pcpitstop.com & do a system scan it will show u what the prob is & give u a suggestion how to resolve it (it may even fix it 4 u). Good Luck!
If all else fails, go get a PC fix-it software pckg & some security software.
