Use your abdominal muscles for the belly roll and grind your hips for the hip roll.

It's real easy.
1. Sit down (when u first start doing it)
2. Practice sucking in the top portion of your sto !MACHE! nearest 2the ribs
3. An then the middle (It's like sucking ur stomache and hunching over. that's how it should look when ur NOt hunching over...YAY)
4. An then the bottom (it's like pressing down ur pelvis place wifout ur hanz :D)
Try doing each part one after the other and then build up speed
Search youtube.com for belly rolls 2 see wud it looks lyke :D

just move ya hips up and down slowly first

then let it gain momentum close your eyes fell it and move do it any time you can practice laying down as well

belly roll me no know sorry babes lol
