These sites are for Photoshop 7. May I ask what version of Photoshop are you using?

You can opn up your Adobe Photoshop and click Photoshop Help. You will find a lot of information too.

Adobe.com has forums for all their products, populated by people who actually know what they're doing for the most part. I've gotten helpful responses on several questions.
