I have never heard of the word simolean. You might be referring to the word simoleon, which is the currency in the video game "Sims." It is not a real term or type of currency. The word simolean may be the American way of writing this imaginary currency but as far as I know simolean is not a real word. The slang for a five dollar bill is a "fin." "fin" (also "finnif") is from the word "finf," Yiddish for "five." I hope this has been some help.

A simolean? I think that's the currency used in "The Sims"! You know, that computer game..? They don't actually exist in real life.

As for five dollar bills, I don't think they have any slang terms... In the 20th century, it used to be nicknamed a "fin", but that's definitely not common anymore. I actually hadn't heard of it until I looked it up in wikipedia.
