Boy, reading your posting I felt the words could have come out of my mouth not so long ago. Humans happen to be the ones we interact with the most and so we are going to find those interactions heaven or hell if you'll excuse the reference. I am a deep thinker, as well as a perfectionist and at one time expected everyone else to be the same. Made my life hell on earth that's for sure. I used to think we were actually in hell, I'm not sure if I'm wrong in this perception! And people are very predictable, they dissappoint especially if we have expectations of them - not a good idea. I mean do we actually have the right to expect anything from anyone in the first place.....no.
Thing is I am deeper than the average and need to sate this need in myself. Not everyone can meet me, or match what I need so I make sure I take care of this part of myself. Another big thing I realised is that it is through the interaction with other people, either shallow or deep, that I could see my own shortcomings.
Hope you find something that will satisfy your mind, body and whatever you want to call the inner part of yourself. Life will be boring, people will be shallow and predictable unless you change your standpoint and see them from a different angle. We are all trying to get out of this hellhole, some are more conscious of it than others.

My grandmother said there is no such thing as boredom just people who lack imagination. You stated that you are highly creative so there should be no lack of imagination here. Maybe you have 'creative constipation'. Have you been producing the medium you love the most or trying new ways of expression? To produce even doodles each day keeps talents from growing stagnate. Personally I find beauty everyday...I make a point of finding wonder in the world like a child who sees their first butterfly. It can be as simple as a flower in a sidewalk or more complex like a herd of horses racing across a field. I also tend to skip which may look foolish but it makes me happy and that is what matters most. I am very whimsical and eccentric. I have few friends because I just can't understand how most people think...where has common sense gone? Money is just paper...it is nice to have but the greatest thing on earth. I would recommend finding a web site that is about your creative passion. Go into the chat room and start communicating with others that share your creative ways...make friends. Go to fairs or festivals or events in your area that cater to the type or art you love. It is not that the people around you are boring...just that they lack the spark you desire. We are out there but we tend to be few and far between except at gatherings and websites that cater to our passions. I hope you find your crowd and freedom. May you be blessed.

I find this question boring, shallow and predictable, if you really want to know. You are a person, so you can't remove yourself from the equation. But yes, people cause other people pain, whether they mean it or not. I'm sure you've caused pain, and, of course, people have caused you pain. You can't make everyone happy, because happy is relative ... thus, hell on earth will continue until people cease to exist, but then, how can happiness exist?
Basically, people create a society which in turn creates the people ... you're never going to get to the bottom of it. Stop trying and just stop pissing people off and hope they stop trying to piss you off.

Yes, many people are boring, shallow and predictable. I don't know about boring, I guess it depends on what you're looking for.
Generally speaking, I think there are so many problems on this earth because man has not learned how to control his desires. There are no limits and everything is fair game. We are a very arrogant creature, thinking everything is fair game so long as it tickles our dopamine receptors aka makes us happy.

I think I can identify with just about all of that, but as i get older I've learnt just to accept individuals for what they are and in consequence I like people more than I use to. You can't really hate others without hating yourself. Through someone elses eyes...You're one of them! But...that doesn't mean you have to like the human race though. Sometimes you need to fill your voids with something meaningful. I bet you're talented in some way?????

Take people as you find them . if you are saying you find them boring etc then you have to widen out your social contacts and interests a bit , that way you get to meet a wider group of different types . Read , travel, explore and give people a chance to surprise you ! for every stinker there are plenty of genuine folks out there , you just got to find them . I have to admit that sometimes life is a hell of a challenge ,sounds like you are splashing around a bit just now so just turn over and float on your back for a while and just live it without trying to understand it , if you get my drift ! nil desperandum .

Sounds like your teacher was trying to tell you that you could do with chilling out a bit.
People are what make the best and the worst of life on earth but without them, what would we have? Nothing.

One point of view is that it is the people who make your world what it is today. Not just physically, but it is the people you mix with who define your social environment and how you feel. If that is hell then you're mixing in the wrong circles.
