The least desirable neighbor is one who is a lousy neighbor. Meaning parties, loud music, fights, police problems, messy yard, no upkeep on the house, rude kids, and just not neighborly. I don't expect neighbors to be best friends, but civility is necessary.
And bad neighbors come in all shapes, colours, sizes, and religions. I've had white American BA Christian neighbors that are terrible neighbors and Hindu Indian neighbors that are fabulous. It's about the person, not the category that you choose to view them by.

RACE has nothing to do with anything. There are white "n!ggers" the same as there are black ones!
