First of all you cant make the dog's tail straight. But someone posted that you could, however they didnt post as to how this would effect the dog.
The dogs tail and how it bends, attributes to its emotions. What it is feeling. Whether or not its is being firendly or it is upset.
Why, I ask, would you want to make a dog's tail straight to begin with? What purpose does or would it serve the dog. I assume it serves no purpose for you. However I could be wrong.

first ask that dog that really needs it ?
if it says yes
Then take it to a beauty centre and ask for hair straightining and this can make ur dog's tail straight

tie it with a ruler.and always follow it.i think u dont have any other thing to do. its natural.u cant.or try best of luck to u and ur dog.
