Well dang it I had that same decision to make when I was upgrading. I love tmobile by the way. I went with the razr and despite what people say it does not break easily. I have had to replace mine once, but it was defective from the start. I drop mine alot, my bf, dropped his in the toilet and it worked after it dried out.He did buy a new one though cause thats gross.

The only thing that stopped me from going with the sidekick was the extra money I would have had to pay for the emailing service on it, it was like an extra 20 bucks a month and im cheap lol.
The only really bad thing about the razr is the sound quality is not always the best, but get an ear piece and its fine.

razr hands down for me but it depends on how much texting you do if its a huge amount then the sidekick b/c it has a key pad thingy but i don't text so i'd pick the razr

Sidekick by far.Razr has low memory,poor battery and the camera is mostly crap

Even though the razor does look like it can easily break, It can't unless you throw it over a bridge =)
