obviously from the other answers you've gotten, everyone has their own opinions about names. I think we relate certain names to people we like or don't like and we just have different ideas about it in general. You should name your baby Jackson Thomas if you like it. Don't worry about everyone else. If your child doesn't like it he can choose a nick name.

It sounds like the names are reversed and should be: Thomas Jackson

Thomas Jackson sounds much better nor does it sound like a mouthful. Whatever name you choose it's your son that has to live with it. Just make sure it is a name that you yourself would be proud to have.

I love it! My husband and I are planning to name our first son Jackson Scott and call him "Jack". I really like the "modern" first name with the traditional middle name.

Jackson is used too much - I liked it but used a similar but different name for my oldest - he is Daxton. Thomas is a good name - my grandpa's middle name :) His name was Seth Thomas - like the clocks (kinda weird).

I don't like the names that sound like they could be last names so much but if you like it that's all that matters.
