Guys have 'wet dreams' women have orgasm dreams. It's a physiological issue. I wouldn't worry about either incident being a ghost, unless you have lost a lover and I feel from your question that is not the case. Relax.

Yet on the mythological side (and note, i Don't by a single moment think that this could or would happen to you any time in the past present or future) it would sound like an Incubus, a kind of daemon that attacks virtous women in their dreams and even impregnated them.

Warlocks and supernatural chatacters (like Merlin) are supposed to be sons of Incubus and mortal women (a nun for Merlin).

Look at the wikipedia entry, it even has several explanations for anecdotes like the one you refer.
