For one in the upstate New York town I live in there is still an old law on the books. If you tie your horse in front of the mayors office it is a $2 fine.

I have to point to handicap parking. I am all for it for handicap people who would be harmed if they had to walk a great distance. Handicap parking for fat people, old people, people with a cast on their foot, etc makes me sick. They have to walk once they get in the mall or store....why can't they walk from the parking lot. They would need a lot fewer handicap spaces if real handicapped people were the only ones allowed to use them.
