Of course you should talk to your but there is nothing wrong. What's happening is your hormones are causing your body to do some weird things. One of which is change shape. The itching comes from two things 1) because your are so young when your breast get larger they will itch 2)a decrease in hormones causes an imbalance. Your front area as you called it will feel engorged or a little painful. You will get used to these feelings and they may become signs of your cycle every month. Don't be alarmed but again you may want to speak with your mom. It may comfort you more than a stranger giving you advice.

My breats will itch every time I am about to start my period. But you should tell your mom anyways. Thats what they are there for. Maybe she will take you in for a check up, just incase.

I don't know about the period part, but often when a girl's breasts are developing they feel tender or itch. I don't think anything is wrong, but id you feel confortable telling your mom, it can't hurt.

You are growing into a young lady. You are experiencing cramps and tenderness and that is completely normal. I would also let your mom know just so she knows what is going on with you. You both need that bond and relationship that you can go to your mom whenever you need her. I hope this helps. :O)

You should tell your mom. She is there and has been through these types of things before. She can help you if you tell her, and no....I do not think that these are normal symptoms.
Good Luck and talk to your mom!

Your breast might just be swelling, which is normal before your period. If this becomes very irritating, see your Dr.
