Wireless mouse?

I wanna get a wireless mouse., i plug the thing into my usb, do i still havve to download the software?i was thinking a logitech one...any other suggestions?

I had one from Microsoft it was called Intellipoint. I bought it at Walmart along with the software...it was only like $20 or so. It lasted for about a year.

The sftwr comes with the mouse...{:-{}.

i wouldn't do that if iwas u cordless mouse it can run away
