I can't really tell her to shut up and bring it up in wrong way would start problems. You will have to talk with a teacher about it. You might want to bring this problem up in the right way. You could be problems to your.

Well if she's an idiot, she won't shut up. But you could just tell her that if she doesn't have anything significant or helpful to say, then don't speak. Tell her that she's inhibiting your learning

Make friends with her. Then very gently let her know that sometimes she does things that you feel she should avoid because it's a disruption.
Either that or I guess you can try to glue her mouth shut.

no just tell her you dont like her and to stop talking to you, and if she gets snobby knock her out and say "what bi-otch, yeah thats what i thought shut the F*** up!"

why worry over what someone else is doing? It's you that has to get good grades, right? If the other person annoys you....ignore her, a lot of people act up just for the attention it gets them
