Look at the people as you walk though the office, are they smiling even though they are busy. Do the employees seem relaxed and happy, this will give you an idea of what kind of place it is to work.

When they say do you have any questions, they mean it. Don't get nervous, they like it when questions are asked, it makes it look like you have a genuine interest in their company.
