When a film is released and it is said that it has made $x million pounds, is that including the cinema ticket price or is that deducted?

Usually it includes how much the movie grossed overall. Usually we only see what the movie makes when it first comes out but then it gets released world wide and then you have video sales so that goes up quite a bit.

well, depends but the porno DEEPTHROAT cost 25,000 dollars and took 6 weeks to shoot. To this day it has grossed over 600 million dollars making it the most profitable film in movie history
