could occur at any age unknown cause,100% fatal 30000 cases in USA alone at any time no treatment,no early diagnosis & goes back to 1939 till now & the future
2-Malignant Tumor:with high incidence
3-AIDS
4-malaria:endemic
5-TB:from the past

I'd say #1 would be the plague
My guesses for the others would avian flu, AIDS, heart and hmmmmmmmmmmm, I'll have to think about it!

ebola, west nile virus,malaria,dengue fever and lyme disease
