My daughter is 12 and is much shorter than other kids her age and has not hit puberty or had a growth spurt. I am curious when we can expect this to happen.

usually within 3 to 4 years after puberty starts is when they reach adult height. If you really want to know. Usually a daughter hits puberty around the same time her mom did. Try to remember when you did and add about 3 to 4 years on it.

It varies. It can be anywhere from 12 to 16 depending on the child. My mom reached her adult height of 5ft 2 1/2 in. at 12. My sisters and I reached our adult heights of about 5 ft 3in at 15.

It really can vary person to person. Some children might not stop growing until late teens, or even their twenties.
