If you're wondering why I placed the Russian league over the French, it's because the French league only has Marseilles and Lyon, but Russia has CSKA Moscow - better than any French team.

I agree on Spain as the best.
Followed by England.
Then as a surprise, France. Lyon and others have made great strides in Europe and are very good.
Normally I would say Serie A, but with the football scandals and some poor looking Italian teams in Italy, I rank them 4th.
Germany. I normally like Die Bundesliga, but lets face it they have seen better days.
