Ever since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to be a singer. I would like to be in a band that is similar to Evanescence or Flyleaf. I already have the band name in my head. Anyone have any suggestions? I live in Port St. Lucie, Fl if you happen to be looking for a female vocalist.
I should also mention that I'm not exactly like Amy Lee or Lacy from Flyleaf. I'm a big girl.

You can post flyers and stuff around, saying that you're looking to start or join a band.
Or you can check out you're school (or ask people that you know) who are musically talented and ask if they wanna start a band.

Try out at American Idol auction soon or try "Making Band" by P. Diddy. Check out on the net. They could help you sucessfully. Good luck!
