what does the the word "siber" mean?

I was asked such question..." do you siber?" :) can someone tell me what does it mean?

"siber" is another word for "cyber" or cyberspace.. or go on the Internet

By the way.. I have never heard of SIBER.. Are you sure that you wrote it down right?

usually when people ask "do you cyber" they mean cybersex, when you pretend to have sex with someone in a chatroom, kinda like phone sex.
