My friend actually took her baby to high school with her for a while. She would just leave her in the carseat and rock her with her foot during class. She never got in trouble for this either. You could also see if a friend or family member could watch them. If you have low income then talk to a daycare about what you can do. Or you can just get your G.E.D. Hope the options help.

Ask your school counselor if the district offers a different school, one with daycare for teenage parents. Some do, some don't - all depends on how big your school district is.

Also, find out if you qualify for co-operative learning - you're at school half the day, and you work part-time. You only go to school in the mornings - every day - even if you have the evening off from work.

It will be difficult, and it might get you down, but keep your chin up. This little gift came into your life for a reason, and he came into your life while you're still very young - likely, for a different reason. Ask family and friends for help with child care while you're at school, if you can't get into a daycare program.

Take care of yourself young one.

Go to you guidance office and enroll in as many on line classes as you can. Make arrangements go to school for half the day and take the rest of your classes on line now and through the summer. Hey, maybe you will have enough credits to graduate early!
Unfortunately, the social part of your Highschool experience is over. There will be time for fun when your child is a little older.
Also, if you are taking classes on line during the day and on weekends, you should have time for a part time job if you can find some family and friends to help with babysitting. Find out what programs are available to you for food and if you need it shelter. WIC (Women Infants and Children) would be a great thing to immediately look into.
Blessings to you and your family.

I have two grown youngsters, one among whom just lately observed an orphaned child mouse, which he dropped at me to maintain. I were feeding this child mouse each and every 2 hours, all day, and night time(while I'm at paintings my son feeds it). I am exhausted, and it is just been three days, and a pair of nights to this point...I desire I might supply you this mouse to maintain, as it's very similar to taking good care of a child(besides with out the pungent diapers), I have a sense you would not final 4 hours! Go to college, be taught a few grammar, and wait till you could have accelerated your financial savings of $421 via a minimum of one million,000 earlier than you even believe approximately having a child. At 14, you should not also be having intercourse but, permit on my own a child!

Please do what you have to do in order to finish school. Graduating can be a big help in your efforts to raise your son as he gets older. You need some type of education at least.Get assistance from family members, church, or other prorgams. There is help available somewhere out there. Family is the best help there is. It will be hard but Good Luck!

You will need help. If the father is still involved, make him do his fair share. If your parents are willing to help, ask them. If you have no one, check out charities and support groups in your area. Just try to stay in school. At the very least, get your GED. It is very hard to support a child without the education necessary to get a decent job. If you drop the ball now, it will only get harder and you will really regret it later.

The best way to raise your child while still in school is to get your parents or anyone close to you that you trust to babysit your child or you can put your child in daycare, because you have to get your education. I hope it works out for you good luck

the question for you is.......are you and the father still together and is he a teen also! Who do you stay with? Do you work or are you on aid? Are your parents and his parents very supportive!

Being a parent is so hard and I am 23 years old, but thank God for my parents who where very supportive to me and my son! I would have my mom baby-sit for I trust her before any stranger to watch my child and I would pay her! I also tried to get on as many programs as possible!
