Are there any web products available that function like Live QnA or Yahoo Answers?

I need to implement a community Question and Answer site. Are there any open source or commercial scripts available that approximate the functionality of yahoo answers or Live QnA?

Not that I am aware of... Most open source products are written with a shared hosting environment in mind; Yahoo! Answers, however, has time-sensitive functionalities that require availability of scheduling tools or the ability to execute things in the background from the command line.
