I BEEN DRINKING 4 TO 5 CUPS OF LINDEN TEA . IS IT TO MUCH. COULD IT BE BAD FOR ME?

Well, you didn't say how old you are, what your health condition is or why you're drinking linden flower tea, so it's hard to say.

However, the usual dose is 3 cups per day. Linden (aka Lime flower) is hypotensive - lowers blood pressure - and anticoagulant - slows blood clotting. So if you already had low blood pressure or were taking meds to thin your blood, 4 to 5 cups could be risky.

If you are just drinking it because you like it, I might suggest you mix it with some Alfalfa or Oatstraw and either Raspberry leaf or Blackberry. These will help tone down the medicinal effect of Linden.

That's a myth-can't be done. Iris cells are generated by the body and constantly replenished, hourly. Tea steam... That's pretty funny.

i dunno wat that iz, try 2 make it 3 cups instead of 5 cuz 2 much of anything iz not good 4 u. i lik tetly tea better, no milk. oooo free advertising lol.
