Not at all familliar with Kentucky, but I'd incorporate something about your home town or a local hang-out spot. A name that means something to you and your friends; like an inside joke or something only you and the locals would get. At the very least, your band name and how you came up with it would make for a great triva question / liner notes when you guys hit it big.
