Because they are smart. Changing the clocks has served no purpose since the invention of the light bulb.

Arizona has the right idea. It was their choice!

All time zones should be on daylight savings time year round!

What's the point of it getting dark early?

Daylight savings time is an artificial thing. Some states simply refuse to go along with it. I guess their logic is: winter's coming, the light's fading, it's natural so deal with it.
I believe Manitoba also doesn`t follow Daylight rules.

Mountain Time simply doesn't change. That's one of the reasons I live in Arizona.
