Eating a well-balanced diet, drinking 8-10 glasses of purified
water a day and getting 30-40 mins exercise a day will guarantee to build your immune system.
Have you had a full-blood test yet?
There may be something that is causing you to have recurrent sinus and bladder infections.
Yes, vitamin C is very good but not too much!!!
It really depends on your age/weight, etc to see what you should take. If you take too much vitamin C(supplementation) this can have an adverse affect on your kidneys and cause kidney stones.
Iron helps with the absorption of vitamin C.
Vitamin supplementation is only good if you are seriously low in these vitamins.
The only way to find this out is by having a blood test.
I would suggest you try and get these vitamins/minerals from eating a good balanced diet. That is, fresh vegetables, usually 3/4 servings a day and 3/4 servings of fresh fruit. Low fat(red meat) is high in iron as is spinach - this helps with vitamin C absorption.
Try juicing as well(is a good detoxifer and full of vitamins)
Bladder infections are very common. The best thing to do is to drink fresh, purified water - every day!! At least 8/10 glasses. Spread them evenly over the course of the day.
I take it your a girl... wear cotton underwear and make sure(when you wipe(sorry, delicate subject) that you go from front to back, not back to front as bacteria can get into your bladder this way and cause infections.
As for sinus, have you tried inhalations everyday?
Get a bucket of warm water (few drops of eucalyptus oil)and place a towel over your head and breath in deeply and exhale.
Try this for about 10 minutes everyday.
There are some good Natural sinus supplements you can take as well.
Try to get plenty of rest and relaxation.
Walking and cycling are good for the body, mind and soul.
Mediation is also good.
The internet is a good way of finding out lots of information for your health but may I suggest taking a trip to your local library.
Get some good books/recipes for good health.
Try looking for books on Juicing as well.
If you are overly worried, speak to your dr. about it.
Above all, try to stay happy, focused and positive and
keep that smile always on your face : )
Good luck!

A healthy immune system means a healthy body. The only way to maintain optimum health is to keep the immune system functioning properly. That’s not always an easy task in this day and age. The modern diet is depleted of many of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other nutritive factors that are essential to the body to maintain a healthy immune system. If the immune system is below its optimum level, we are much more prone to illness.
A variety of things can help build the immune system. Maintaining a healthy, well-balanced diet is our first line of defense. Our body needs key nutrients that are found in certain foods to stay healthy. For example, antioxidants are very important. At the cellular level, antioxidants help deactivate free radicals, damaged cells that can damage other healthy cells. Free radicals are natural by-products of many processes within the body and are also created by exposure to various environmental factors such as tobacco smoke and the sun’s UV rays. Antioxidants stop free radicals before they can damage healthy cells. Colorful fruits and vegetables such as blackberries, blueberries, red kidney beans, red peppers and carrots are all rich in antioxidants.
Oranges, tomatoes, potatoes, spinach and other leafy greens contain vitamin C, an important immune-booster. In addition, a diet with adequate amounts of zinc (at least 8 mg/day and no more than 40 mg/day for women and 34 mg/day for men) is also beneficial. Zinc can be found in seafood such as oysters, crabmeat and fish, poultry, eggs, milk and cooked oatmeal.
Recent studies have shown a variety of herbs and vitamins to be beneficial to the immune system. Besides vitamin C and zinc, which I just mentioned, Echinacea and Andrographis are helpful. Most people are familiar with Echinacea as it is one of America’s most popular herbal products. Andrographis, a lesser known herb, has long been used in traditional Indian and Chinese herbal medicine as an immune booster. Recent clinical studies have shown Andrographis to be effective in strengthening the immune system.
This is a healthful combination of two of the most beneficial aids for the cold season, combined in a delicious lozenge even your kids will like. Zinc is a mineral that is vital to the health of your immune system. No wonder many doctors and nutritionists tell their patients to think zinc! Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that helps mop up free radicals, which are unstable molecules in the body that researchers believe contribute to the aging process. Vitamin C helps boost the strength of the immune system, which is why it is one of the most popular vitamins to supplement during the cold season.
