Go to "Start"
Click on "Control Panel"
Click on "User Accounts"

Click on "Turn off the Guest Account"
Voila! That's all there is to it! Good luck.

Go to control panel, Users, and then Guest account, click on Remove Guest account. Same as a User. For both you need to be an administrator or owner on the computer.

Do you have the main user (You) and a guest? If so go to control panel, (start > control panel) There is a option for user accounts, double click it. It will have an option on the bottom right to turn the guest account off.

Sorry, I must have missed it the first time :)
The procedure assumes you have adminstrator priviledges when you log in as yourself...
Go to Start, then Control Panel. Double-click on "User Accounts." From the list of accounts, below where it says, "...or pick an account to change", choose the guest account you want to get rid of. Click the button that says, "Turn Off the Guest Account." That's it.

Don't listen to that guy, you can remove a guest account in the control panel, under User Accounts. Just remove it there.

The guest account cannot be deleted. It can be disabled so no one can use it. The other option is to rename the account to something else.
