It only gets on my nerves if they're doing it to be a pest. If someone is honestly asking, then I doesn't bother me at all to have to explain something again. I take it to mean that I might not have explained it properly, or in a way that they could understand the first time & will try a different tact then next.

you should play the everything is a question game with them and dont stop for days on end. it is easy, everything you say has to be a question. see how long you can go. i went for 3 hrs once

Its annoying but its mostly done by my co-worker its like you explain everthing for no reason at all then go over it when they just don't get it.
